Yes. It is true.
Smooth Operatos: IndieGala Edition is now available as a bonus in the IndieGala 9 bundle.
What is the IndieGala Edition then?
It’s a PC/Windows port of the Xbox version of Smooth Operators (Here), branded for IndieGala.
It contains everything that the Xbox version does, including the fix/update i’ve written above below in the blog.
In a couple of weeks, Smooth Operatos: Call Center Chaos for PC/Windows be availabe at Desura. It will be really fleshed out, and if you like the Xbox/IndieGala Editions, you’ll really gonna love the coming PC version, so stay tuned for it!
Great game, but no 360 controller support for a 360 game port? Seriously? Am I missing something?
I had to rewrite the entire control scheme for the pc version unfortunately, due to not thinking ahead enough in the beginning. I might put it back in there, but we’ll see. Glad you like it anyway! =) If you want to play it with controller, you can always get it on the xbox!
LOVE this game. Already sunk several hours into it (and went and bought the xbox version too afterwards. Heh…). An upgraded version though :O ooh… yummy
Hi, are there any plans to have mouse scrolling and zooming built into the game? I often play these types of games mouse only but I’m forced to navigate with the keyboard from what I can see.
May not affect others much but my computer isn’t setup on a desk so I can’t use the keyboard that easily.
Who get the indiegala edition, will receive updates of the games like the luckies who will bought it on desura/steam?
Or even better a key to activate it on Desura and/or Steam?
The people with the IndieGala Edition will either be getting a Desura key for the official pc version or a download for an updated IndieGala Edition. Not sure yet which it’ll be yet though.
Any decision reached yet on what the Gala purchasers are getting? I would prefer Desura personally but beggars can’t be choosers and all that.
Love the game. Reminds me of kairosoft games on mobiles. And I can’t give higher praise than that. Lost a few nights sleep to those!
Hi Mark,
I’m gonna get in to talks with IndieGala any day now. I’ve always said that indiegala buyers would get a steam key, however, it doesn’t look to be happening any time soon (since it’s not greenlit). You’ll probably get a Desura key. Check back on the blog, i’l post info as soon as i know whats happening.
Thanks for your prompt reply. I’ll keep an eye out.
As a Gala purchaser would also like to chime in here and say a Desura key would be most awesome and thanks for looking into this.
I did vote for the game on Greenlight but I agree that is going to be a long, drawn out process for most games.
